GTA San Andreas ped skin : Vincent Valentine (ヴィンセント・ヴァレンタイン, Vinsento Varentain)

This actually nice custom mod for XNALara by o0crofty0o. Unfortunately, i only able to convert it to GTA San Andreas with bugs included. And unable to fix them at the moment. The model too complicated for GTA SA, and have high polies. It can crash your game.
But i think this is the best that i can do for replacement my old Vincent Valentine mod (2010 mod) which not work at all.
