Takasugi Shinsuke (高杉 晋助) is the leader of the Kiheitai 鬼兵隊, an extremist group which he resurrected from the Joui Wars.
This model ripped not in T-pose, and some black polygons removed to reduce some bugs. Converted to GTA San Andreas by me.

Sarutobi Sasuke ; Sasuke Sarutobi (猿飛佐助) was a famous legendary ninja in the Japanese folklore. He is generally believed to be an Meiji period fictional creation based on the historical ninja. This model from Sengoku Basara WII, converted to GTA San andreas by me (at the moment; without his shuriken).

Modify and distribute the mod map in GTA 4 is much easier than GTA San Andreas or other previous GTA. Because GTA 4 support add on. Of course, make the map itself still same. Time consuming job.
Almost all of my map mods switched to GTA 4. Including mod map from Point Blank or Project Black Out game. I did not do the conversion as it is. I add several parts like terrain from scratch.
