This is Kagura (神 楽) model from Gintama game. Converted to GTA San Andreas by me. It seem, i will try to give two download link if possible. One is direct download from this site server, other in Ziddu or other file hosting. So it’s can be easily accessed from my other site and as back up if this site down.
